Original art crafted with passion.

Grace (Augustine) Franson

Artist Bio

Sudbury, Ontario

Born 1999, Grace is an indigenous (Anishinaabe) oil artist who found her passion at a young age, growing up in a tiny northern Ontario town surrounded by the beauty of the quiet wilderness. With no formal training, her art is based on her passion for the colours and intricacies of our natural world – finding the complexities of life and inviting the viewer to look closer.
Having spent most of the past 5yrs quietly painting for herself and family/friends, she’s excited to finally step into the true world of art!

I’m excited to meet Sudbury’s art community, and to continue to share my visions with you all; I’m grateful to be here! :)
